Dog Man Philly and Buff Arm

Philly, also known as Gyro Man, is a tricky, bad hero from the Dog Man comic book series. He is considered a living sandwich with pink legs and buff pink arms, and is named after Philadelphia cheese steaks. In one of the books, Philly also appeared in a robotic version of himself, equipped with mechanical hands with spikes and claws. The Leader Hot Dog wanted to create an entire hot-dog army to take revenge on Petey, but it didn't go as he planned, so he brought this cheese sandwich to life and took him into his army.
