The Smelter's fans are two mysterious characters of the Night in the Woods game, who usually stand outside Miller's Bar and talk to each other. A player can also interact with them, finding out about their life, job, family, and other things. One of them is the bird with a serious face, while another is the grumpy crocodile with a quite large belly and a light gray beard. Unlike many other characters, these two are able to change outfits throughout the game, depending on how far down the game you are.
