Pokemon Wooper and Quagsire

This blue amphibious Pokemon is named Wooper and it is a Water and Ground-type from Generation II. Wooper lives in cold water most of the time, and while walking on land, it covers its body with a slimy toxic film to protect itself from cold and dehydration. At level 20, Wooper evolves into a light blue, bipedal, amphibious Quagsire. Quagsire is a sluggish and carefree Pokemon that lives in muddy swamps and clean freshwater bodies.
