The crazy and always happy Uncle Fester is one of the members of the Addams family, known for his very protective attitude toward his relatives. His dark, sunken eyes and an insane smile make him look a little intimidating; however, he is one of the most cheerful and lovely characters in that world. Possessing the ability to generate static electricity, he is often seen shooting with lightning bolts at anyone and anything.
