Kenny B. Meaner gets a new personality and becomes Flabby Flabulous after spectacular things happen suddenly. When the wardrobe of Mr. Krupp's cabinet falls, hitting Kenny B. Meaner, he falls onto a chair and drives on it to the hallway, and crashes into Pumpitupinator 2000, a device used to enhance strength and muscle mass.
