This alien from Planet X and the worker at Gar's Hero Supply and Bodega is called Radicles X - one of the main characters in the comedy animated series OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes. Radicles has a muscular blue body, curly hair, ears, sharp teeth, and antennae. By nature, Radicles is lazy, confident, and boastful, but deep down he is very sensitive. In one episode of the animated series, Radicles transforms into a werewolf-cat and gains increased strength and cat-like abilities, such as the high jump, fast speed, and cattish curiosity.
