If you have watched the SPY X FAMILY series, you remember this woman in our fanart anime cursor, Sylvia Sherwood. She is also known as Handler or the Fullmetal Lady - Twilight's principal contact at WISE. This woman with strawberry-blonde hair does not understand kids as much as Loid, as seen when she tells him to bribe Anya with candy as motivation. She has mentioned having a daughter of a similar age to Anya but possibly lost her in a war. She has an extreme distaste and hatred for war, so she does anything to prevent this.
