The Baskets & Boots Owner is one of the characters, that was introduced at first time in the "City of Thieves" episode. He has a blue fly swatter, that he uses for thieves from stealing his baskets and boots. Even Jake stole the boots from him because later in the episode Jake is seen wearing them. Baskets & Boots Owner is a blue person with blue hair and he wears a tattered blue-gray shirt and dark blue hat. This character has a small nose, some facial hair, and two tiny teeth that appear when he talks.
