Flabby Flabulous is a villain and cruel alter-ego of Kenny Brian Meaner from the sensational series of comics Captain Underpants. He appears once in "The Frenzied Farts of Flabby Flabulous" episode. Kenny B. Meaner gets a new personality and becomes Flabby Flabulous after spectacular things happen suddenly. When the wardrobe of Mr. Krupp's cabinet falls, hitting Kenny B. Meaner, he falls onto a chair and drives on it to the hallway, and crashes into Pumpitupinator 2000, a device used to enhance strength and muscle mass. Then he hits the Trophy cabinet and becomes evil Flabby Flabulous. This bad-tempered character like a fanart Flabby Flabulous and Gold Trophy cursor decorates your screen while working.
