This Care Bear has become one of the franchise's most prominent and recognizable characters due to his gruff and reserved demeanor, which, juxtaposed with the bright and cheerful nature of the other bears, creates a notable difference in his character, thus allowing him to stand out. His belly badge is a blue raincloud with little raindrops and hearts beneath.
