A grumpy old man, Eustace Bagge, appears as the anti-hero in the quirky world of the Courage the Cowardly Dog animated series. Living in the middle of Nowhere all the time, this character never tried to change his life, only envied his spirited and more successful brother Horst. In almost every episode, he sits on his beloved red chair and reads a copy of the Nowhere News while also annoying and messing with Courage. He's even proclaimed himself a farmer, yet he has failed to grow anything around his farmhouse.
