PaRappa the Rapper Captain Fussenpepper and Book

Our fanart PaRappa the Rapper cursor features Captain Fussenpepper, an airplane pilot who debuted in Um Jammer Lammy and is the Teacher of Stage 4: Fright Flight. He is depicted as a short old human with a big round nose and a gray mustache with adhesive plaster on the cheek. Fussenpepper also wears a leather aviator cap with goggles worn in WWII. His clothing represents his mental state of living in the past and the present. The man switches to his other character whenever had been hit in the head with a loose control panel.
