Amelia Vanderbuckle is a smart feminist scientist and inventor from The Simpsons animated sitcom. She is shown as a citizen of Springfield who lived there in the 1800s. Amelia was the first woman who graduate from Springfield Tech. She created a few things, such as a computer using a loom and a barber chair, which harmed a person. After that incident, Amelia was sent to the Springfield Home for the Criminally Different, where she continued to work on her new inventions.
