After being killed by the Powerpuff Girls' kiss of death, he was resurrected by HIM and was given a cootie shot to prevent the same mistake again. He is a typical troublemaker who wreaks havoc regularly. He seems to have a slightly gentler disposition when compared to the other two Rowdyruff Boys, but he still enjoys pulling pranks with them.
